What we collect
When you request access, we collect the details you enter in the form. The form asks for your name, work email, organisation, role, the country of your organisation and your type of investor. You may also write what you are looking for.
When you submit a holding, we collect your name, your organisation and your work email. We also collect the facts about the holding that you enter in the form.
When we open an account for you, we keep your name, your email address and your login details. We never store your password in a form that anyone can read.
Our hosting provider records technical data when you visit Tesseractic. The data includes your IP address and the pages you request.
Cookies
Tesseractic sets a session cookie when you log in. The session cookie lets the site recognise you from one page to the next. If you choose to stay logged in, a second cookie keeps you logged in on that browser.
Tesseractic uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages visitors read. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and sends the data it collects to Google.
How we use the data
We use your access request to decide on your access and to reply to you, and a submission to reply to you about the holding. Your account data lets us run your account and write to you about Tesseractic.
We use analytics data in aggregate only, to understand how visitors use the site.
We pass a member’s identity to a holder only when the member asks for that holder’s data room.
Where the data goes
The request form and the submission form send your details to Saint Clair by email.
Our hosting provider, Gandi, stores the website and its database. Google receives the analytics data. Both providers may process data outside Singapore.
How long we keep the data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this notice.
We delete an access request within 14 months if the request does not lead to an account. The same period applies to a submission whose holding Tesseractic does not show, and to account data after an account closes. Google Analytics keeps its data for no more than 14 months.
Your choices
You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, or ask us to correct the data. You may also withdraw your consent to our use of the data. To do any of these, write to contact@tesseractic.com.
If you withdraw your consent, we may no longer be able to give you access to Tesseractic.
