Saint Clair Pte. Ltd. operates Tesseractic. In these terms, “we” means Saint Clair Pte. Ltd.

What Tesseractic is
Tesseractic is a website on which we publish information and data about the Korean venture secondary market for general reference. We also describe a disclosure standard, which sets out what a holder discloses about a holding.
A manager or a limited partner in a Korean venture fund may submit a holding to Tesseractic. Registered users see a summary of each holding, and members see the report where the holding carries one. The holder decides at each stage whether we show the holding, and decides who enters its data room.
We show a holding as Documented when the holding carries a report that follows the published standard. We show any other holding as Submitted, as its holder presents it.
A member may ask for the data room of a holding. The request comes to us by email, and we may decline it. When we pass a request to the holder, the holder decides whether to open the data room to that member. In a data room, the holder provides the documents and answers the questions of the members to whom it has opened the room.
Who does what
We check only that each report follows the published standard. Each report is written by its assessor.
A buyer judges each holding, and agrees and carries out any transaction directly with the holder. We charge no fee for the use of Tesseractic, and we hold no interest in any holding shown on Tesseractic.

Beside each figure we name its source and its date, or mark the figure Illustrative.
No advice and no offer
The information on Tesseractic is for general reference only, and is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
Nothing on Tesseractic is an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell a security or a fund interest. Each user makes its own investment decisions, with its own advisers.
Access
The public pages are open to every visitor. The members’ area is open only to people for whom we have opened an account, and we open each account by hand.
The name and the design
The Tesseractic name, the Tesseractic mark and the design of the site belong to Saint Clair Pte. Ltd.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss that comes from the use of Tesseractic or of the information on it. This limit applies to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
The law of Singapore governs these terms, and the courts of Singapore decide any dispute about them.
